These Terms govern your use of gograystone.com (the “Site”) and any service request you submit through it. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
- You must be at least 18 to submit a service request.
- You agree to provide accurate information when filling out the contact form.
- You will not use the Site to send unsolicited offers, scrape content, or attempt to disrupt operation.
Estimates and quotes
Pricing on the Site, in marketing materials, or given verbally is not a binding contract. A binding agreement requires a written, signed estimate or work authorization. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise on the quote.
Insurance claims
When we work on a property under an active insurance claim, you remain the policyholder and the responsible party with your carrier. We document and submit on your behalf when you ask us to. Final coverage and payment decisions are made by your carrier, not by Graystone.
Workmanship and warranty
We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms (length, scope, conditions) are documented on the work authorization for your project. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our workmanship coverage.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Texas law, Graystone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to amounts paid for the project at issue.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, photographs of our work, logo, marks) belongs to Graystone or our licensors. You may share links to the Site freely. Republishing content without written permission is not permitted.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collin County or Dallas County, Texas.
