Graystone Contracting, LLC(“Graystone,” “we,” “us”) operates gograystone.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what we collect from visitors and customers, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to information collected through the Site and any service request that comes from it. It does not cover information you give us in person, on the phone, or through your insurance carrier.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, phone number, email (if provided), city, the type of service you need, and the message you write.
- Automatic information. Standard web logs (IP address, user agent, page viewed, timestamp). We use these for security and analytics.
- Cookies. The Site does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Essential cookies may be set by hosting infrastructure.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule service.
- To document estimates and bill insurance carriers when you ask us to.
- To keep the Site secure and free of abuse.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with:
- Subcontractors and crew working on your project, when they need it to do the work.
- Your insurance carrier or adjuster, only when you have authorized us to bill the claim.
- Service providers that host the Site or process the form (currently Supabase for lead storage, and Vercel-class hosting for the website itself).
- Law enforcement if compelled by a valid legal process.
How long we keep it
Lead form submissions are kept for as long as the customer relationship is active plus the period required to comply with tax, insurance, and warranty record retention. Closed leads are typically purged within seven years.
Your choices
- You can ask us to delete your record at any time. Email or call us using the contact information below.
- You can opt out of marketing follow-ups by replying STOP to a text or asking us on a call.
- Texas residents may request access to or correction of personal information we hold.
Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage.
